Assist in recruiting activities which includes scheduling interviews for multiple field hiring managers, making verbal offers to candidates, and communicating with applicants and field hiring managers via phone, mail, and email. Prepare outgoing letters and mailings
o Experience with HR processes.
o Good verbal and written communication skills required.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
o Ability to maintain composure under stressful situations.
o Experience with Windows operating system.
Candidate must have inbound/outbound CSR experience.
