Program Manager IV

At least 7 years relevant experience required. Provide high-touch and hands-on team guidance and support in close cooperation and collaboration across all roles and functions, to facilitate increasing maturity at a sustainable pace. Act as a trusted advisor to large and dispersed HR domain development and support teams, including Learning and Develop teams. Identify opportunities for improvements including consolidation, optimization and logical build out of platforms and capabilities. Demonstrate the ability to analyze, develop, and guide internal customers around their specific learning challenges and needs. Understand and speak ''learning processes and methodologies'' including experience with xAPIs and SCORM learning objects. Evaluate existing processes and procedures. Make recommendations and drive process improvement and adoption of best practices (processes, tools, etc.) to improve team efficiency, effectiveness of the learning platforms and a refined, mature enterprise learning ecosystem. Research and analyze tasks to support design options. Create artifacts such as use cases, user scenarios, and customer personas. Be a change agent: Identify ways to improve processes and remove bottlenecks to systemically improve how we deliver value to customers: Fast and Right. Understand incremental delivery and the value of metrics. Understand commitments to delivery creatively resolve roadblocks that may during the execution of this delivery. Provide support and analysis when production issues arise. 


Qualifications: Experience managing multiple concurrent projects (greater than 5). Demonstrated skills in requirements gathering, tracking and use case mapping. Strong xAPI knowledge and API data mapping skills. High energy and a positive outlook. Possess a capability to operate at both the strategic and tactical details. An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to drive innovation independently. Passion to make things better at every opportunity. Ability to coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders. Experience managing highly technical complex projects with team members that are globally disbursed. Proven ability to influence without authority. Excellent communication and organization skills.
 
Job Minimum Requirements:
5 plus years of experience in analysis, documentation, technical support. Enterprise Learning domain experience and HR technology platforms a plus. Have extensive knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, methodologies, architectures and technical standards. Strong facilitation skills in leading planning meetings, reviews, and demos. Communicate clearly and have the ability to deliver complex messages. Demonstrated ability to coordinate and/or lead cross functional teamwork in and across teams and organizations.Ability to identify potential issues and dependencies early.
