BlueAlly Services is seeking an experienced Contract Specialist to work under a contract with one of our largest telecom client in Frisco, TX.
The Analyst will partner with Sales leadership, CSCA Senior Analyst, CSCA support team and various functional teams across T-Mobile to drive accurate and effective agreement drafting, approval gathering and data integrity. The Analyst will proactively guide the sales team through the contract life cycle to ensure appropriate billing for customers.
Responsible for the creation and maintenance of process documentation and process workflow as needed. Proactively make recommendations on process changes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
1-2 years contract review and contract management experience
Comprehensive understanding of Government/Business contracts and ability to interpret complex legal language
Experience using a contracts database
Process improvement experience
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; must be able to adjust appropriately for different audiences.
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage several enterprise projects and internal initiative deadlines simultaneously
Ability to work independently, great attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Share Point
