As part of the broader Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team, you will work with a team of in-house recruiters. Your role will be focused on candidate generation, building and driving innovative sourcing strategies and successfully engaging passive candidates. 


•    Partner with recruiters to understand job requirements, the business function and assist in identifying top talent for open searches 
•    Research and identify candidates through the use of innovative search methods that include cold-calling, networking, deep internet sourcing and mining 
•    Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management. 
•    Evaluate and trial new technologies and tools for candidate management through test and learn process 
•    Drive diversity recruiting initiatives and develop sourcing techniques and talent pipeline strategies that align to our gender balance and internal talent market initiatives 
•    Source qualified candidates and lead recruitment hiring events for the business 

•    You have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation 
•    You possess the mentality to profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation, rather than sell a role 
•    You have a keen understanding of the marketplace and are a creative thinker 
•    You have a solid ability to build relationships and are a self-starter 
•    You have strong business acumen, a curious mindset and loves the hunt! 
•    You can articulate sourcing methodology, metrics and impact 
•    Possess 3-5 years of proven success in sourcing talent in a high-volume, fast paced environment 
•    Bachelor’s degree
