TTS Administrative Assistant
• Manage the scheduling of candidates into Tax Training School courses across the country. Handle tax professional and field management inquiries and concerns regarding federal and state registration requirements as well as company certification and education requirements via case, phone, mail and email. Follow established procedures to handle inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure client satisfaction. Handle communications within all call handling, quality measurement and AC metrics.

Requirements:
o Ability to communicate clearly and calmly on the telephone and to use effective customer service techniques with clients.
o Analytical and detail oriented.
o Experience with Windows operating system, intermediate level MS Excel skills.
o Six months experience in a customer service position.
o Six months experience in an in-bound call center environment.
