Regarded internally and/or externally as a subject matter expert.  Develops and implements marketing plans, programs and initiatives. Assists in the management of marketing initiatives for assigned marketing function. Reports to Manager/Director Marketing. The person should have knowledge of marketing policies and procedures and experience in managing complex marketing projects and programs. Bachelors Degree in related field. 5-8 years of related work experience.

Title: Digital Marketing Manager ¿ Paid Search 


Our company¿s Post Paid Customer Base Management Team is seeking a Manager of Digital Marketing who will oversee existing digital paid search marketing programs video ads, as well as lead the effort to test and scale new/emerging digital programs. You will be responsible for trafficking advertisements, account management, optimizations and reporting for paid search ad campaigns. We¿re looking for a precise, detail-oriented individual that loves delivering high quality work. You will be the go-to source for all online display campaign data and analytic insights in collaboration with in-house teams and multiple agencies to execute and continually improve the campaign process.


The selected candidate will have Paid Search Marketing experience in the development, implementation and performance of paid search programs across different lines of business to drive acquisition and customer sales. Direct agencies in the development of effective and efficient paid search campaigns that span both national and local messaging. Collaborate with Google, Yahoo, Bing to be in a constant state of performance improvement by incorporating their insight on the overall search landscape, applicable macro trends, wireless shopper insight, as well as engine changes and evolution, algorithm changes, relevant alpha and beta opportunities, etc. Lead affiliates and authorized partners in paid search strategy, cost management and performance improvements.
Desired skills include but are not limited to:
Manage agency and lead them in campaign development, maintenance and optimizations of standard search and shopping ads (Product Listing Ads):
¿    Keyword creation, management and optimization
¿    Bid strategy, management and optimization
¿    Budget Management: Review and approve agencies¿ proposals and performance forecasts
¿    Iterative Test-Learn-Apply spanning strategy through execution
¿    Active performance management and application of learnings
¿    Campaign data capture to enable reporting, analysis, testing, optimizations and forecasting
Position Requirements;
Must have Paid Search experience to be considered

¿    Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Statistics or similar discipline

¿    5 years¿ experience in Paid Search for telecom, cable operators and e-commerce/online retail organizations 
Experience with Adobe Analytics, DoubleClick Suite, Google Analytics 360 Suite and/or other digital media technology platforms
Over 3yrs in performance-driven Paid Search marketing including hands-on management of Shopping Ads required; SEO and website experience desirable
¿    Good project management, organizational skills and strong attention to detail is a must
¿    Strong skills with PowerPoint and Excel
¿    Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
¿    Excellent customer service skills required
¿    Ability to operate effectively in a very fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environment
¿    Working knowledge of project management systems, including JIRA and the Agile process a plus
