Works individually or with a team to analyze economic considerations, develop marketing forecasts, estimate costs, prepare pricing studies and manage program/project budgets.  Seasoned professional with expert knowledge of a specialty. Regarded internally and/or externally as a subject matter expert.  Develops and implements marketing plans, programs and initiatives. Assists in the management of marketing initiatives for assigned marketing function. Reports to Manager/Director Marketing. The person should have knowledge of marketing policies and procedures and experience in managing complex marketing projects and programs. Bachelors Degree in related field. 5-8 years of related work experience.

Title: Digital Marketing Manager ¿ Paid Display 


Our company¿s Post Paid Customer Base Management Team  is seeking a Manager of Digital Marketing who will oversee existing digital display marketing programs prospecting/retargeting (including paid social, mobile and video ads) and affiliates, as well as lead the effort to test and scale new/emerging digital programs. You will be responsible for trafficking advertisements, account management, optimizations and reporting for paid display ad campaigns. We¿re looking for a precise, detail-oriented individual that loves delivering high quality work. You will be the go-to source for all online display campaign data and analytic insights in collaboration with in-house teams and multiple agencies to execute and continually improve the campaign process.

¿    Primarily responsible for co-managing and owning in house media teams and agency relationships for display program
¿    Deliver on goals, objectives, and KPIs, meeting Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Cost Per Upgrade(CPU) targets to upgrade and retain customers at a profitable cost
¿    Oversee and report on the success of digital campaigns and provide program changes or recommendations
¿    Act as subject matter expert for all things campaign management and campaign execution
¿    This includes best practices, creative QA, and delivery troubleshooting
¿    Responsible for implementing new process and policies to minimize turnaround time on campaign optimization requests
¿    Lead weekly status meetings to review all campaigns and ensure optimal monetization and execution
¿    Collaborate with Our company Digital creative team on campaign asset requests, develop creative briefs and main point of contact for campaign issues when necessary
¿    Oversee marketing budget, determine the right investment allocation by channel to drive maximum results, and localize efforts across all major markets
¿    Collaborate with Base Marketing to increase LTV and leverage CRM data in Base Marketing channels, including display retargeting, lookalike targeting, dynamic ads, remarketing lists etc.
¿    Drive other projects as needed by executives or as business needs change


¿    Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Statistics or similar discipline

¿    5 years¿ experience in Paid Search for telecom, cable operators and e-commerce/online retail organizations 
¿    5 years¿ experience in direct response experience 
Experience with Adobe Analytics, DoubleClick Suite, Google Analytics 360 Suite and/or other digital media technology platforms
¿    Good project management, organizational skills and strong attention to detail is a must
¿    Strong skills with PowerPoint and Excel
¿    Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
¿    Excellent customer service skills required
¿    Ability to operate effectively in a very fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environment
¿    Working knowledge of project management systems, including JIRA and the Agile process a plus
